Welcome to Alicia’s Coaching, where women transform their lives by developing a lasting, healthy, and sustainable relationship with food.

Our nutrition coaching plan is designed for busy women & moms to be able to reach & maintain their ideal weight and have all the energy they need to make every day a good day!

Our Nutrition Plan Includes

  • 3 months of personal nutrition coaching.

  • Weekly one-on-one calls (Virtual via Zoom – can be voice only or video).

  • 4 personalized weekly menus.

  • Daily calorie & protein intake recommendations.

Together We Will

  • Set your nutrition goal(s) and create a personalized action plan.

  • Learn how to incorporate healthy foods and activity into your hectic life.

  • Review progress to make sure you are on track.

  • Go over successes & setbacks to keep you moving forward.

  • Discuss personal food preferences to create meal plans that work for you.

  • Evaluate current activity levels and discuss ways to bring activity into your lifestyle.

  • Practice making nutrition and being active a permanent part of your life.
